SECURITY DEPOSIT by CASH

APARTMENT RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT


In accordance with the provisions of the Rental Agreement referred to below, the undersigned Guest does hereby give to the Owner the sum of $ ______________________________ in CASH to serve as a SECURITY DEPOSIT as provided in the Rental Agreement dated ___________________________, said SECURITY DEPOSIT to be subject to the provisions in the SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY below.


SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

The Guest agrees to pay for any damage or loss to the apartment or it's contents that may occur during the Guest's rental period, whither caused accidentally or otherwise, by the Guest(s) or the Guest's visitors. This liability does not include any malfunction of the apartment's facilities, appliances, fixtures, equipment, electronics or furniture that may result from normal wear and use.


In the event that there is any damage or loss to the apartment or it's contents during the Guest's rental period, the Owner and/or his Agent is authorized to deduct the cost of said damage or loss from the Guest's SECURITY DEPOSIT as provided herein.

I have read and accept the Security Deposit Policy and hereby authorize any deductions that may be made from my SECURITY DEPOSIT as provided therein.
